What an awesome mega store, everything for your home under one roof, we furnished 2 rooms and a king mattress all delivered, setup and packaging removed. Great delivery staff, professional and respectful. Our new go to in Phoenix and highly recommend them!

We went in to AFW on Saturday. We meet Stacie. She approached us as my wife and I browsed the store. She was very kind and friendly.she was a bubble full of energy and very easy to speak with. She listened very intently to every word we said as we explained what we were looking for. After we talked she led us to EXACTLY what we wanted. Mind you I have been in this store 3-4 other times without a salesperson, but today we just got lucky with Stacie. We bought a ton of furniture from her and we have a ton more to buy, so bottom line is. We ordered a table at the beginning of January and were informed the table would be available 2-4 weeks. I was told they would be transferring the table from another location. Now the product keeps getting back ordered and no one calls to update the customer. The table has been on back order since January and I was just informed the table won't be availed until mid May. Every time I call the dates are different and customer service is very rude. They are very quick to take your money but don't update you on when the items you ordered are available. I don't feel it is much to ask for some sort of discount or compensation when we have been waiting almost 4 months for a table.

I received exactly what I have been wanting and I truly appreciate the delivery services. Thank you

Great prices, horrible delivery. They damaged the walls amd ceiling and ripped our 4 hour old carpet, and stained the entire staircase. We were moved in for 4 hours! Customer service is not great and you will have to fight for a ridiculously small refund. They also won't refund the delivery even though it was terrible. We have to have the carpet replaced so this whole thing keeps adding more time off of work. The good prices turned out to be null for us with all of the estimates, repair attempt and now carpet replacement. A later purchase also arrive broken so that was another day home to swap it out. Sales people are good, delivery is not, and with all the issues the good price of the items doesn't even matter at this point.

Great customer service, great items that fit everything my family needed. On the showroom floor, employees hover but not horrible and bugging you every five minutes. Maybe a little better commission for employees would help them and then they wouldn't be competing for the sale.

We provide same day Premium White Glove Delivery to AFW customers when the in-house Delivery team can't deliver on the spot. Our Delivery Techs love how easy it is to assemble AFW products. They have a huge variety of home furniture and some electronics. The reason we highly recommend AFW, is quality, design, great prices and resolution. They are quick to resolve any issues a customer has with their furniture or electronics.

Be wary of the sales people! They did not inform my mother that the bed frame (was affordable w/ prompt delivery) she purchased required brackets for installation and that with the style of the bed we'd have to even drill our own holes to place the brackets. We ended up returning the bed. Shout out to the delivery guys for informing us about this and handling our return!! 5 stars for the delivery guys.

I visited AFW 3 times and all three made purchases. They have great quality furniture and service, pickup and delivery have all been good for me. I went in this past weekend and bought a 3 pc TV console. Boxes were fine at pickup but I noticed 1 defect under the wrapped tower. The cabinet handle was cracked. I called and was told to bring it back and have the whole tower replaced. When I brought it back Jason the associate working the returns door was polite, and professional. He had a new tower brought down but looked and seen they stocked the same handle I needed. Within a few minutes he got one and installed it. He really made the situation a smooth one. Thank you Jason for getting my problem solved and back home to enjoy my new furniture. Definitely recommend AFW.

The sales person that help us was Awesome and made the difference in our decision to purchase a lift chair for our mother. It was a great experience from beginning to end, and she was very knowledgeable about the chair.

Great service in store sales man was super helpful. The delivery guys were very nice, I realized that my couch was a bit to big… called customer service and they helped me to make my 5 piece modular couch to a four piece. Two pieces are still in transit.

Monica was awesome, Husband was not happy with results from other worker and she came over and just listened and found exactly what he was looking for in a matter of minutes. Talked us through the entire process got us out quicker than anything.

Used to enjoy shopping and browsing here. We were in this morning and were constantly annoyed with multiple different sales people coming up to us. One lady asked us if we needed help four times!!!! IF I NEED YOUR HELP I WILL COME AND GET YOU!!!! Living Spaces is a much better experience.

I was looking for furniture for my new apartment. With Blake's help, I found everything I needed. He is an excellent salesperson who knew where everything was in the store and suggested certain sizes of living room tables that would be the right fit. If I ever need any other items from American Furniture Warehouse, I will look for Blake.

DO NOT TRUST THE RATINGS FROM THEIR WEBSITE! We've purchased a few items from the store and have been somewhat satisfied. However, our last purchase of a recliner was poorly crafted and not worth the price (although I wasn't expecting the world at that price point - On sale for about $500 and around $670 including delivery and taxes). It isn't sturdy and is already showing wear after less than a month and not used daily. I wanted to return it, but when you look at the 15% restocking fee and the cost of pick up, you're out of about $170. Husband said keep it for the grands (I say, that's an expensive toy). Now, to the point... I went to leave my review on their site. Once completed, I received a message saying the staff would review it before publishing. I began looking at random items and it made me realize that there isn't an item on their site that has anything less than a 4 star. So, they're obviously only publishing the positive reviews. It's virtually impossible to have every product and every customer be that great. I'm proof of that fact. So, make sure you REALLY want something before you purchase it and don't rely on the reviews from the site. NOTE: I'm giving 3 stars because I will say the purchasing experience is good and the people are nice. I just feel this item is bad and feel their website ratings are deceptive. UPDATE: I am thankful for the reply and response. However, my focus was regarding the quality of the product, in addition to how seeing only positive reviews causes a person to believe it's great. It is, in my opinion, better to simply say, "Here's what our customers have to say," instead of using a star system which lends to the idea of a "social media" rating. Please know that I understand costs and employees should indeed get paid, etc. and am aware of the arrangements. I will also note from the response that I returned another one. Again, I feel there are good products from your business. I just believed this particular one was not. I also stated, that we (my husband) chose to keep it.

Worst expirience of my life. I bought couches. I tried to return a piece of it, not the hole thing, and they hung up ok me 2 time. Then 2 different employees gave me different instructions in how to do the return. It's such a hassle. Oh and to top it off I had asked for the protection plan and they didn't give It to me. Couches are nice tho.

We love our new sofa! Delivery was great. 5 stars all the way!
