horrible communication resulted in my shipment to be delayed not once but twice. My order was placed on 09/2/20 and was scheduled to be delivered 09/09/20 and I was notified the night before that I would not recieve my whole order as part of it did not make it from Firestone to Thorton. I was promised it would be on the next shipment date for my area 09/16/2020 and now got another call stating that it will not be here until 09/23/20 for the exact same reason.

Very large showroom area. Fortunately, they have several handicap accessible scooters by the front door. Salesman was very polite. Within 10 minutes of paying for a new recliner, I received an email that it was ready to be picked up at the customer pickup area. Drove over with my van and trailer. Some employees loaded and tied down the boxed recliner, and I didn't have to get out of my vehicle at all. The only problem was that I pulled over as I was leaving the parking lot, because I noticed something on the box. It had been tied down with a reddish color twine, and it was actually cutting into the box. I found something to cut the twine with, and I cut off that piece that was cutting down into the box, only. Then I found some soft, laundry clothesline rope and I retied the box down. If I hadn't caught that problem so quickly, the twine would've damaged the new recliner, which had a leather like material covering it. Sticking a scrap piece of cardboard or a piece of wood under the twine, would be a good idea for the loading staff to try in the future. Luckily, no harm done and my husband is enjoying his new recliner!
