The staff here are super helpful and the store has a great selection. Delivery was quick and easy! AFW kept us updated along the way, right down to a notification that the driver was 10 minutes away. I've purchased all my couches from AFW and don't have any reason to go anywhere else!

Terrible experience. I will never visit this store again. I recently moved to Colorado and needed to furnish my new home. At the time of purchase, everything seemed fine. However, after waiting for my table for two weeks, they informed me that they hadn't even ordered it and demanded that I pay for it. During delivery, I was told the table would be assembled by the delivery person. Unfortunately, since I didn't have written proof of this agreement, they denied any responsibility, claiming they were never instructed to assemble anything. They used the excuse that I had picked up the first half on time as a pretext for not assembling the table. To make matters worse, they left all the cardboard behind when they left.

I found a Bolsena leather couch in ABQ, NM. Ashley Furniture charged $750, plus shipping for a local delivery. I found the same Ashley Furniture Bolsena leather couch at American Furniture Warehouse (AFW) in Denver online for $200 less, plus delivery!! How can AFW offer this Ashley Furniture Bolsena leather couch for less money than the Ashley Furniture store in ABQ, their own product? Plus AFW was able to deliver much sooner (by 3 weeks, before Christmas) to my location in Los Lunas than Ashley Furniture in ABQ! The couch was delivered in perfect condition. We are very happy!! My third purchase with AFW, and the third purchase happened because we originally bought a NEW leather couch from American Furniture in ABQ (not the same company as American Furniture Warehouse, AFW, in Denver) on Veterans day. What we received was a used, beat up leather couch from American Furniture Clearance Center. We will NEVER shop Ashley Furniture in ABQ or American Furniture in ABQ, because of the Bait and Switch: we buy NEW furniture, but we get clearance, used and returned furniture from their clearance warehouse. What an insult to Veterans. We need a store for American Furniture Warehouse (AFW) in ABQ. I know you have stores in Colorado, Arizona, Texas. The furniture stores in ABQ are not trustworthy. The ABQ metro area has grown in the last few years. We now have an IT campus in Los Lunas, NM for Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, which means more workers moving to NM. Please consider, I would shop in person more often at your store. Thank you!

I have purchased furniture for my own home and most recently for a client. Always a great value and the delivery guys are the bomb! I’m grateful for AFW as the only Denver store that delivers to Breckenridge. While I would prefer to shop local, it’s just not usually affordable for the locals.

Super prompt delivery, even in the mountains. For delivery and assembly, be sure to specify that you do t want unsightly stickers showing. Otherwise you get what you paid for.

After an initial problem with broken furniture, which the delivery guys told us about immediately, we spoke to customer service in Arizona. The man we spoke to implied that the non delivery was somehow my fault. We requested a refund when he said we'd have to wait 4-6 weeks for the bed we'd ordered. We ordered a different bed and it arrived today. This experience was much better. Suggest customer service focus on service, not on blaming. Otherwise, great!
