What a huge waste of time, and very dishonest as well. I went on their website to order some items. Almost a dozen things. Added them all to my cart. Went to checkout and pay, and then it said that EVERY single item was NOT available until August 5- August 19. That wouldn't be a problem if they had said so before I added the items to the cart. I don't know why it's so difficult to simply put "item unavailable" next to it on the site. I specifically selected the items because I thought they were available because their site said the items could be delivered by the weekend. If you don't have the items, don't waste people's time telling them that you do, only to tell us at the end, nah, you're going to have to wait a month. I hate wasting my time, and it's even more annoying when the company isn't even honest. This would have been my first time using this company. I'll go elsewhere. No thanks AFW 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Maybe this review will get you guys to reach out? Ordered multiple items back in early June. All was in stock besides the nightstand we ordered. Was advised it would get delivered late June or the first week of July. Here we are… Zero contact. Zero nightstand. Called multiple times and continuously get disconnected.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I received an email out of the blue that my ENTIRE ORDER was CANCELLED with NO EXPLANATION. I never leave bad reviews, but I am beyond disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this store. After showing up in person to order multiple items during a sale event (Richard Hart was my salesperson) and calling to verify information and schedule the delivery date, I was told by a customer service representative that they have no record of my call despite an email in my inbox showing I scheduled the delivery date (which you can only do by calling them) so they cancelled everything. I was then told I can go in person AGAIN to another AFW location to REORDER when I haven’t even received a refund! Please save yourself the time and money by not shopping here before you make the same mistake I did. This is the first and last experience I will ever have with AFW.
