For always providing quality and exceptional service each and every time my family and I have visited the stores ! My purchases have always felt personal and staff always make me feel comfortable and welcomed! Having patience and always answering all questions I may have ! Have never been disappointed! With that being said ! I need to have a special mention to Brendan and Jacob at the Pin Oak Store in Katy Texas ! These young men went above and beyond to help me and my daughter in assisting us with a surprise buy for someone very special for us ! They could see and notice the concern and paid attention to detail on how important this was to get this purchase to our home that day in a timely manner and thought it seemed impossible that it would happen ! They made sure it did ! They treated me like family and made me feel very important! He is thorough and knowledgeable about the products and made sure measurements are correct with everything you are buying together too making sure that delivery and everything in between goes seamlessly.

Rip offs. They owed me a $600 refund & told me 3-5 business it should be refunded to my card. 6 days later I called and was told by customer service “manger” Rosa (I don’t think she was a manger) that “there was an error when we tried on our end & I just did it manually so give it 3-5 days” AGAIN I then asked her if I would T have called was anyone going to notify me or “manually” refund me she said “no, if you wouldn’t have called we wouldn’t have refunded you bc we have so many other people to refund” I was so confused as to how you would completely disregard someone’s rightfully owed refunded due to en error on your end…. I do not find that to be professional at all.

Worst customer service ever. Bought an item 2 months ago and initially supposed to pick it up in 2 days, then it changed to 2 weeks, then 4 to 6 weeks and finally after 2 months when I called back, lady answered me with attitude and saying she has no idea when the ETA is. Also sales person doesn't answer the phone at all.

HUGE. WOW. Fair prices.

BEWARE: Delivery was over 2 hours late - delivery window was 2:45-5:15pm on a Saturday and the delivery truck arrived around 7:15pm. The only way I was able to track my delivery was through the online portal, which kept getting pushed further and further back. I then called customer service around 5:15pm and they told me that I had to wait an additional hour or reschedule for another day. When I asked for reimbursement , the customer service rep. told me that they had no system to file any reimbursements. Once the delivery truck finally arrived, the movers were professional and completed the delivery. After the delivery, I spoke with the warehouse manager who only offered a $25 reimbursement (delivery fee was $89). Overall terrible customer service and the company needs to reconsider logistics planning because there was still one more delivery after mine. I am very disappointed because I had a positive experience shopping at AFW but waiting an additional 2 hours for a scheduled delivery is unacceptable.

Arrived battered a beaten up crammed into loose pieces of cardboard held together by scotch tape. Over 200 pieces NO INSTRUCTIONS

Zee was our sales agent and he had excellent customer service. Please look for him if you need great priced furnitures at AFW. Also the delivery guys were awesome and very careful and fast! Thank you AFW.

Ordered a sectional and did a pickup. When we put it together we realized the latches where the sectionals connect were completely off, and they’re bolted in so we couldn’t move them. They wanted to charge us $80 to replace or we would have to haul the couch back ourselves.

Alex was such a great help!! We were sure we needed a couch but didn’t know what kind! He was kind and not pushy at all! We really enjoyed our experience!

Salesman was great. The problem I have is they don’t support products that you have to assemble. To order missing hardware, I had to chase down Ashley furniture contact number as the one they provide on the sales invoice is to a dentist office. I kid you not. I called to talk to a manager and was dumped back into the beginning of the phone queue 3 times. Zero support and misinformation. I’ll shop elsewhere. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for some hardware and the parts are taking up an entire room waiting to be assembled. I’d rather shop ikea.

We recently moved from Colorado to Texas and felt at home as soon as we walked into the Katy AFW. James Peng was a huge help. He was extremely helpful and patient as we selected a lot of furniture for our new home. Based upon items we had already selected James suggested a table and a few other items that fit perfectly into our new space. Although we have always found great sales people at AFW, James stood out. When we returned a few days later for some other items, we sought out James to assist us because we enjoyed working with him so much. The buying experience at AFW is so much better than other furniture stores. I never feel pressured, prices are reasonable and non-negotiable, which is the way I like it. James made the experience even better than usual. We will definitely be back.

The team that delivered and install the furniture are extremely skillful, they arrived promptly and moved the items with utmost care. Friendly personnel, if I have to procure another set of furniture, I will do AFW. The in-store personnel that attended to us while we chose the items we needed were exceptional.

The store is absolutely beautiful and amazing! The customer service over the phone where ever they are located was a bit of a challenge with certain things that stresses me out! So grateful for the manager at the Katy location for his outstanding customer service and taking care of something that wasn’t really his fault. The young lady in the front of the store in check out also helped me and I’m grateful for her as well. When I finally got my items the two gentleman were great! Friendly! They are your friends until you pay the $$, Then they truly no longer care. Table I bought was missing screws, reclining couch I bought has popping when going upright. Sale person Johnathan Johnson gave me his cell and stated call me if any issue. Then he played like he was going to help, but never did anything. I then contacted support who suggest I drive 300 miles back to the store to get missing screws. Said couch was under warranty, but then stop responding to my request for support. Beware, their stuff is cheaply made, and their promises and warranties are worthless.
