I purchased my daughter's bedroom furniture and my office furniture from American Furniture my experience with them is excellent and their price is compared to cheaper than any other place. The delivery was very smooth. I love American furniture.

Fast delivery my window was 845 to 11 and they came right around nine which was nice. They asked me where I wanted everything to be placed and put everything in place perfectly. I got all my items delivered a week later except for one, but that was On back order so that doesn't bother me. Love my furniture great prices great Delivery!

I went into the store earlier yesterday. To look for a kitchen table set, and a new sofa. I ended up deciding later on this evening that I wanted the five piece dinette set. I went back to the store and had an associate help me find out if the box that I was picking up who's going to fit in the back of my vehicle, ask to me and my husband being unsure we didn't want to have to pay in full for something that wasn't going to be able to fit in the back of our vehicle. Because that means that I would have had to pay an extra $89 to have it delivered fully assembled in which I was trying to avoid. The man basically said he was going to try and get the dimensions of the box and left us in the back of the store where the dinner tables were after the fact that we needed to know the dimensions of the box which it would have taken a just a little bit of time for them to satisfy the customer in which me and my husband waited for at least 20 minutes I had to go searching for the associate in which I saw him helping out two other customers running credit checks instead of my time-sensitive purchase. So I went towards another associate to get further help...finally we were directed to a man named JT.. this man was awesome he took measurements he understood everything that me and my husband were asking for and the situation we were in the man said that it would be a few inches bigger on each side and answered every question that we need instead of avoiding us like the plague. I will be back only to deal with Mr JT. When we are ready to purchase the sofa we have our sofa... thanks cas we were in and out and he was awesome.

The delivery team was in and out in 5 minutes. The furniture looks great!

At first it was overwhelming to walk into such a large store, and then seeing so many sales personnel, but everyone was friendly and respectful. Helpful but not crowding us. The delivery was an even better experience than the purchase.

Very happy with our purchase with salesman Jimmy Tran to the delivery men and was able to have them delivered. Everyone was so professional and kind. We bought four theater seats and feel the price and quality were an unmatched deal after visiting other stores.

This company by far has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They delivered the wrong parts and took 5 days before they would acknowledge their mistake. Then they made me drive to the store to fix it instead of redelivering the correct parts. When I offered to buy the wrong parts at a discount, they refused to sell them, and instead said they would sanitize them and reuse them. I have cats and dogs, so my furniture has cat hair and dog hair in it but they’re OK with reselling it that way. On top of which no one in the store can help you because they will make you colder customer service and you will be on hold for over 30 minutes. Just trying to get some answer the phone. The manager at this location even told me that she knew customer service would tell me they wouldn’t tell them to me but she didn’t wanna have to tell me her herself so instead, she let me sit on hold for 30 minutes, so somebody on the phone could tell me. They have good prices, but I would highly recommend shopping absolutely anywhere else that sells furniture!!!

Poor quality and poor customer service Only 1 sofa arrived from 2 sofa ordered. In addition, the sofa which arrived was Defective AND damaged. I call next day to returned defective and damaged product. After providing all pictures, Customer service agreed that I will receive full refund since sofa arrived defective and damaged. After retun, I did not receive full refund and when I call to follow up now with customer service team for full refund, they are saying they do not refund full amount to any customer.

JT at the Katy location was such a help to me. He had an amazing attitude and was so friendly! The prices are also quite inexpensive. This is definitely my first option for furniture shopping.

Purchased an adjustable Zendex end of December 2023. By Mid January I was having problems with the desk not operating properly. Called warranty support. A technician came out and and said I needed a new motor. Just received notice the motor would take 2 months to come in. Meanwhile the desk I purchased primarily for health concerns cannot be utilized. I asked for an exchange seeing that I barely had the desk for 2 months but the CS agent refused and would not allow me to speak to a Supervisor. Up until this point my transactions with AFW were all positive it’s unfortunate that one CS agent can ruin the image for the other workers that truly know how to provide superb customer service. Not sure if I will purchase anything here again nor would I recommend to my colleagues. Very disappointing!!

I bought a sofa here and paid 79Dollar for the delivery. When they entered my house, I asked them to walk on the carpet with slippers, but they didn't. My carpet was very dirty. I had a bad shopping experience. I suggest you consider their delivery service carefully！！！

Delivery was fast. My bed Frame came in perfect conditions. First time buying from them and I am planning on purchasing again in the future

The men but the bed together but didn’t move the bed in order for me to use the night stand. All the had to do was move it 6 inches to the right. Now my sister and I will have to remove the mattress and the adjustable frame to move the bed to the right. We are both not feeling well today and this is not what we needed to be doing at all. Men need to think and communicate. Not once did they say the night stand won’t fit. I didn’t know I would have to babysit them.

All the salespeople are very helpful and there’s no pressure to buy anything and they don’t swarm you like other places. I will definitely be back because the service is great as well as the quality of furniture
