Always had fantastic service ❤️

I brought a couple of loveseats and two accent chairs. One of the Accent chairs material was real loose and wrinkly looking I had them to take it back. The Company called within the hour and told me they would have another chair delivered in two days, I received it today(2days). It was better not great. The delivery guy told me that they have a heat gun that heats the material and makes it tighter. He said give it a couple of days, if still needed someone will come out. I didn’t get a chance to photo the first chair. This is the redelivered chair. Also, the other chair is fine.

Dina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. She took the time to explain everything and was very patient with all us and all our questions. The delivery guys were very professional, fast and efficient.

Great service and furniture

We found the perfect office furniture for our home and were very pleased with the excellent help from salesman Josh. He explained the delivery process and scheduled the day for our convenience. The advance notice about the expected delivery time and ability to track the truck was a wonderful way to keep the customer totally informed. The two young delivery men were very friendly and efficient setting up each piece of furniture. We will definitely be an ongoing customer of American Furniture Warehouse!

Shop elsewhere! They sold me a defective couch, lied about it, and refused to help me. Their customer service is malicious at best. And they've since blocked me from their online platforms. Classy!

Looking good, but it’s been almost a year & it’s starting to show in the couches. I will need to probably replace next year. I will never use this furniture place again.

So many options, prices are clearly marked, delivery is fast and very reasonably priced.

We ordered a patio set, a few of the same rugs and decorative plants. The sales person moved a firepit in the showroom close to the set we bought which helped to make sure everything matched. Furniture was delivered within a couple days. The delivery was very smooth. Thought They were going to be at the house assembling the furniture but they already had it all assembled before they got to the house. They just had to place everything where we wanted it. EXCELLENT. The most important is that everything was in good condition except One of the rugs were 2 inches bigger than the other two so couldn't put them all together. And one of the rugs had a huge snag in it but it was the only ones they had left bit nothing we can't live with. Better than most of the high end furniture stores where there has been something wrong it such as chips or scratches or just damaged. So all in all very good experience

Worst experience ever! Bought a fireplace, paid the delivery fee so the item would be here Friday installed and all, only to receive a damaged piece of furniture. The store acts like I inconvenienced them, stating they could not compensate me for the troubles since I did not want to keep the damaged item. Although I paid for two day delivery and now im not getting my item for another two days, I am left with a gap in my living room spent over three thousand in furniture they don’t care about the customers.

The sales man was great. Was very friendly with us. Ask a lot of questions so he knew what we were looking for with no pressure like some salesman do.if you know what I mean. Called us when it was in stock and asked us when we would like it delivered..even the delivery guys were very very nice and made sure that we happy with the furniture and showed how everything works and even on the warranty stuff because we forgot to ask the sales man .BTW our sales guy name was Steve. Thank thank thank you very much

Dirk was the best!! There is plenty of parking, right off the freeway, very clean, wonderful customer service, great furniture.

We have tried other furniture stores but always end back at AFW. They carry top name brands for less.

I like shopping at AFW the sales people are great and the delivery guys are excellent. If I need anything else I will always come back and buy more furniture the prices are efficient and affordable.
