I've bought two different pieces of furniture over the last few months. First is a sectional couch. Looks great, quality is not. Couch has a 'broken board' on one side. I called the store, no return phone call. It is functional, but I shouldn't have to feel and hear a board move in a $1200 couch on day one. Also bought a headboard, it was a cheaper one. Did not come with rails for the mattress. She sold me a set of rails. Bolt holes do not match, so we can not connect it. Headboard leans against wall. My husband will drill new holes at some point, but, again, it should have lined up as she sold it to us saying it would work. Ultimately, it's the inconvenience of spending quite a bit of money and receiving items that both have issues. I only tried calling once, so it is on me for not following up again, but I shouldn't have to. They should have called me back to fix the issue. Another thought... when I went in to look, a saleswoman asked me if I needed help. I told her that I wanted to look around first. She said she'd be around when I was ready. Once I chose my furniture, I looked for her for 30 minutes, turning other sales people down, as I made laps around the showroom looking for her. I did not find her, so ended up having another person help me. As I was leaving, she's walked by me and made a rude comment about how I should have waited for her. I'm sure they work on commission, and I understand how that works. I could not find her, and after 30 minutes, I needed to be on my way. When I went back a few days later to by the couch, I walked right by her to another associate because of the way she had acted. That salesman was great!
