enjoying our new bed. ;-)))) BUT SALES said delivery would take care of removing old bed for a fee ;-) place bed where it was needed to be and would set height of bed by removing excess height would demonstrate control to be sure all was in order and would clean up everything before they left.. Great!!! BUT IN ACTUALITY 1. UNKNOWN TO ME THEY WOILD REFUSE TO REMOVE 4 BOLTS ON HEAD BOARD TO METAL BASE. do this 78 yr old w/ bad back legs knees ankles. found some tools and slowly ( fast for 78) removed head board disassembled metal base carried those parts to another room WHILE THEY OPENED UP THE NEW MOTORIZED BASES RIGHT NEXT TO MY FEET (ABOUT MIDDLE OF ROOM ) and as I carried old base pieces out to another room THEY BROUGHT UP THE MATTRESS AND PLACEDV IT ON TOP BASE...PLUGGED IN.. OPENED 1CONTROLLER BOX ... UNWRAPPED CONTROLLER... OPENED BATTERIES & PLACED INTO CONTROLLER... RAISED HEAD & FEET OF BED AND LEFT!! 1.we picked up the broken plastic straps 2.we picked up the controller wrapper 3.we picked up the battery wrapper 4.NEVER asked about height adjustment left at highest position.===.difficult for my wife of 52 yrs with chronic pain issues....reason for this mattress 5. NEVER Offered to position it correctly next to the standing headboard in place 6. AO LEFT ⚡️⚡️HEAVY BED⚡️⚡️ near room center ##########' so this 78yr old WITH bad back & bad legs & bad knees & bad ankles to get on floor to push this monster BY HIMSELF!!!! INCH BY INCH ****THEN REST INCH BY INCH **** THEN REST FINALLY AGAINST THE HEAD BOARD NEAR THE WALL TO ITS PROPER PLACE!!!! still unsure how to reduce the height as I do not have strength to lift mattress and figure how to unscrew one section of the legs as sales htold me delivery would do!!!!! ✨️✨️✨️✨️ later...walked out to water my plants along driveway & across front of garage door THEY REMOVED OLD MATTRESSES & HAULED THEM AGAINST MY GARAGE DOOR!!! COVERING MY PLANTS :-((((( THAT WAS NOT THE HAUL OFF I WAS CHARGED FOR!!! HAVE SENT MESSAGES sss TO FAMOUS NAME SALESMAN. & TO OFFICE # BUT....of course. NO REPLY THUS WENT ELSE WHERE TO BUY MULTIPLE OTHER CHOICES BASED ON THIS PROMISED ????GREAT DELIVERY?????. note....it was timely accurate as planned ;-)) 🎉🎅✨️5👩‍❤️‍👨2✨️😊🎉 happy product totally DISAPPOINTED DELIVERY EXPERIENCE (despite being punctual) Jim O boyle a real and old customer. with an unhappy American Furniture Delivery experience but bed sleeps great ;-)

I have ordered furniture here for many years and never had an issue. Suddenly I did, and because I was so accustom to everything always being perfect I was shocked. AFW quickly worked to resolve the issue, and the manager followed up multiple times. Susie (Manager) took accountability, acted quickly, and followed up multiple times. First time ever a mistake was made in years and they took accountability, quickly resolved the issue. Again - this never happened before in 10+ years … but resolved perfectly. Will continue to only shop at AFW and Suse is a world class rock star.
