Worst delivery experience I ever had. Will never use again.

Furniture comes with a supposed 1 year warranty. We bought a couch in March and by June it had multiple seams coming apart, a huge seam on the back cushion separated and all the stuffing coming out, major pilling, etc. I have never in my life had a couch pill!!! The fabric is too thin and not holding up to very normal wear and tear. Our previous couch from somewhere else lasted for 10 years! This one looks terrible and is coming apart multiple spots in 3 months. We put in a warranty claim with close up photos. They told us to take further away photos (you can’t see it well with those) and from there we were told there’s nothing they can do and we’d have to pay for any repairs because it’s normal wear and tear. It is absolutely not!!! Especially the huge cushion rip at the seam at the back/top of the couch where nobody sits or touches it. I have never in my life had a couch degrade this quickly. $1600 down the drain. I will continue blasting this place on reviews and contact the bbb unless we get a refund or can pick a different couch
