The wrong sectional was sent and Frank and Yuma figured out what had happened and returned an hour later with the correct sectional. When I told them it was wrong, they were polite, professional and efficient in removing the few pieces they had started to unload. They set up the correct one quickly and ensured it was in good shape and functional. They even moved it over for me once it was set up to get it in the perfect spot in the room.
Tom and Gilberto helped us shop at the store, looked up online options when we didn't see what we wanted, and measured pieces for us so we could be sure they would fit. But they didn't hover. They gave us space to look and discuss our options.
