Great sales staff, but terrible phone wait times and broken replacement parts. Yes the new replacement jack mechanism broken immediately and it was broken in a completely different spot! "Our initial purchasing experience was actually very positive. The salesperson (Shea) who helped us on the showroom floor was fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after delivery. The power recliner broke shortly after we got it, and getting help was a nightmare. I had to sit on hold with customer service for a grueling 30-minute wait time just to get an appointment. This is after having to file a claim online and describe the problem and attach pictures. When a repair technician finally came out, he brought a brand new jack replacement part. However, the new part broke immediately right after he installed it. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for new furniture only to have the replacement pieces fail instantly. The entire reason why I bought this was I just had a 3rd back surgery. Now im stuck with a broken recliner and starting all over again with this process. Great sales team, but the product durability, agonizing phone hold times, and repair quality are completely unacceptable." With poor quality welds and inferior materials, how does America Furniture Warehouse even stay in business?

Absolutely horrible warranty service. Purchased two recliners specifically for us to use when our baby was born. Shortly after getting them they were bent and coming around and no longer could be used as a rocker which defeated the whole reason we got them. Put in a warranty ticket and now we are waiting forever for the parts to come in. Then once the parts do come in we then have to physically take these giant recliners back to AFW for them to keep them however long to fix them. Absolutely horrible. The tech that came out tried to do everything he could to help us but customer service would rather us continue to wait and have all this furniture that we paid all this money for that we cant even use. Beyond frustrating.
