My 80-year-old grandmother was recently shopping for a new couch, and our experience at the Warehouse was wonderful from start to finish. The showroom is absolutely beautiful, and the sales team was both knowledgeable and welcoming. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica M. on two separate visits, and she was exceptional each time. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive to my grandmother, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the process. Jessica took the time to answer questions, listen to our needs, and help my grandmother find exactly what she was looking for. Her genuine care and outstanding customer service truly made a difference and brought a smile to my grandmother's face. Jessica M. is a tremendous asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition for her dedication and professionalism. We are so grateful for all of her help!
