I purchased Iron Four-Door Sideboard with glass Doors on 1/19/17. Glass is breaking on two doors and on door won't shut properly. American Furniture won't stabilize glass and I have to have safety hazard in home until they decide I can have new piece. I was told I might not get replacement because customer representative feels it wouldn't be suitable to have this furniture in my home as I would use it too much. A solid metal sideboard with glass doors . They won't admit that this might just be a poorly made piece and exchange. They damaged home getting furniture in, and refunded delivery because of delivery issues. I am astounded that customer service can even suggest that they have right to tell me what furniture would be suitable for my home because of how many times I would open the doors. I am waiting to hear if I will get replacement or not. I can't use at all in case glass breaks. They wouldn't send techs out to remove for my safety as they didn't "make" item. I was told by salesmen from Aurora store on 1/28/17 that if I purchased floor model I would not get warranty but if I used their delivery I would. I went with delivery to get the one year warranty. So to anyone looking to purchase at American Furniture...be careful. They don't always cover. They don't care about customer safety and apparently they have right to determine what you can have in your home service.

Look I have spent alot of money here over the years, and will continue to. But I don't like that if you buy something off the floor, with intentions to pick it up either later in the day or the next, they don't want to put the item in the back. So you telling me people can just sit on furniture YOU paid for until you pick it up?? I am FROM AURORA, I know how trifling people are with their bedbugs and roaches... I do not want to take bugs home. They don't even clean the furniture either. Every other furniture store cleans and puts sold furniture in the back but not this place.

Very very bad customer service the big black guy in front customer service treat us like trash !
