The only positive experience was how fast everything was done. The corporate customer service and delivery teams are atrocious, not military supportive and unprofessional. Customer service staff at central number refuse to problem-solve or even elevate matters to appropriate level of supervisors to solve issues. If you are military, do not use this company. Kudos to the local store (store 55) in Colorado Springs! Their service manager solved this problem, was in excellent resource and super professional.

Great salesman

Manager Bobby set me up with a whole hardware pack when some hardware was missing from my piece (from the manufacturer not the store). Awesome place, great staff and manager.

I am disappointed by AFW’s rigid and unfair delivery policies. An $85 delivery fee within the same town already feels excessive, but adding another $45 simply to reschedule is unreasonable, especially for a family recovering from the devastating Aspen Acres Fire. Given that this natural disaster occurred in AFW’s own community, I had hoped the company would show greater compassion and flexibility toward families who have been displaced or experienced significant loss. The frontline customer service representatives were helpful, kind, and professional, and I appreciate their efforts. The problem appears to be the corporate policy, which urgently needs to be reconsidered.
