Went into the store a few weeks ago and looked around. Asked one of the employees about Veteran discounts on purchases and delivery options. The answer I got is we don't do Veteran discounts. You would think that Jake being a retired USAF Veteran would be proud to give discounts to other Veterans. I'll go shop where I get Veteran discounts on purchases and deliveries.

First, I would like to say that the staff at your location in Longmont were amazing. The quality of your furniture and your store are also amazing. Which is why I find it hard to believe that you would use a company like American First Financing. I take full responsibility for not reading the print in the contract. But I find it absolutely mine blowing to be paying more for financing than for the actual product after 90 days. We purchased furniture for $4000 and are now paying $9000 to pay it off after 90 days that is beyond ridiculous. I have done the research and found that this has happened to thousands of people.. We are hard-working Americans being ripped off by modern day, mafia tactics and for your company to take part in that saddens me. I will never purchase from you again. I will also tell anybody that I know not to purchase from you as well.

Our salesman was great! He was there to answer questions and truly help us, not just “sell” us! He was not pushy at all and we appreciated that as we knew what we wanted and what we were going to buy! He was a pleasure to work with! The delivery was awesome! The gentleman were very professional, careful, efficient, kind and went above and beyond to take care of us and our property and our new furniture! Thank you so much for hiring such quality guys! They deserve a raise!

Very easy to purchase and load up our sofa. It was well packed and the warehouse folks loaded it up for us. Salesman was very helpful and instructions for pick up were clear.

I have been a loyal American Furniture Warehouse customer for years, but my recent experience with the Firestone location was incredibly disappointing. We purchased a couch and waited nearly two months for it to arrive. When it finally came in, it was missing a piece, which meant waiting even longer. When we eventually picked it up, we discovered that one of the five pieces was missing the legs entirely. To get the issue resolved, I had to call customer service and jump through hoops, including taking multiple photos of the couch as if I was trying to scam them out of a set of couch legs. After all that, they finally shipped the legs—without the screws needed to install them. Seriously? To make matters worse, our salesperson never informed us that it actually would have been cheaper to have the couch delivered. Because we chose pickup, the tax rate changed, and we ended up paying more than we would have if AFW had simply delivered it. Had we been given accurate information upfront, we would have made a different decision. Between the long wait times, missing parts, poor communication, and additional costs, this was one of the most frustrating furniture purchases I’ve ever made. My advice: inspect everything before leaving, ask a lot of questions, and double-check all pricing and delivery options. This experience left me feeling like customer service was an afterthought.
