We had a great experience at American Furniture Warehouse and are very happy with our purchase. Since this is one of the larger American Furniture Warehouse locations in Colorado, we decided to make the drive from Colorado Springs. Even though it's a little over an hour from our home, the trip was absolutely worth it and this location did not disappoint. We were specifically shopping for a sectional couch, and the selection was impressive. There were countless options on display, which made it much easier to compare styles, sizes, colors, and comfort levels in person. Unlike some furniture stores where it can be difficult to find assistance, there were plenty of employees throughout the showroom who were friendly, approachable, and more than willing to answer questions whenever we needed help. When it came time to make our purchase, the checkout process was one of the fastest and smoothest furniture-buying experiences we've ever had. The employee who assisted us was knowledgeable and helpful without being overly pushy, especially when discussing financing and the store credit card. We had accidentally left our discount information at home, and he took the time to help us so we could still receive the savings. That extra effort was greatly appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to schedule delivery. Our new sectional was delivered just a few days later, and the delivery team did an excellent job. The two delivery professionals were efficient, respectful of our home, and had the couch unloaded, assembled, and in place in roughly 20 minutes. The entire process was quick and stress-free. Overall, this was a very positive experience from start to finish. Between the large selection, helpful staff, fast checkout process, and smooth delivery, we would definitely recommend this American Furniture Warehouse location to anyone shopping for furniture. While we'd certainly return in the future, we're also looking forward to the day American Furniture Warehouse opens a location a little closer to home. Until then, this store is well worth the drive. We had the wonderful experience of working with Kristen at the Firestone AFW when we were picking out furniture for our family room a few weeks ago! Our experience with her was top notch - she helped us with all of our needs and then some, as well as helping us pick out a new couch and love seat that fit our family room because the first one we chose was too large for the space. We had a fantastic experience with her- we couldn’t have asked for more, and we will ask for her again whenever we go furniture shopping! We not only liked her as a person, we felt like we made a connection with her and her with us as well, sharing stories and having some good laughs!

Great selection. No pressure sales. We had our two recliners and loveseat delivered. This was done in a timely manner and the delivery people were friendly. AFW stands behind their furniture. We had a mechanical issue with one of the recliners and they scheduled a hassle-free exchange with pickup and delivery. This is our second time purchasing from AFW.
