The shopping experience and sales person were good and we found the furniture we wanted at a great price. Some of our items were out of stock so had to be shipped at a later date. That's when things took a bad turn and there was no customer service or help from anyone at that point forward on the back order. They failed in every way, you can't actually talk to a live person, the customer service line drops calls or doesn't return calls and they didn't even show up to deliver our purchase the day we were scheduled. We finally went to the store in Ft Collins so we could talk to a person and cancelled the order for a refund. We went to Happy Home Furniture and they had great customer service where you can talk to a person and great prices. So happy we found them!
