I ordered the Bordeaux bedroom furniture set. Good quality! It was delivered quickly and really good customer service.

Had our order cancelled because the transaction “looked suspicious”. We were told to come in with our credit card and would have to place the order in person. After coming in to the stores placing the order again in person, and wasting an hour of drive time and waiting on the sales person, they told us they actually can’t process this second order because ordering it a second time makes it look MORE suspicious. Are you actually serious that your employees called us in to the store and then told us we actually can’t have our order processed? I would like to formally invite literally ANYBODY working at AFW for get a clue about what’s going on. This is insane. Why is is so flipping hard to give a company $3000????? Unbelievable.

Went and picked up, very fast and efficient warehouse crew👍🏼👍🏼 busting it fresh and sober upon opening time, they had the whole day set up before opening. You don't see that in other places. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼
