The where house is poor customer service and get mortime over one hour 15 min to loud my perches and the Miss the leg for the sofa

The sales people are great, no pressure and nice. The merchandise loaders don’t know how to do their job correctly. I usually like to do everything myself but I figure I got a lot of stuff and these guys do it all day every day.. should be good enough. No. I told them maybe some towels under the tie wraps they used and they said no it’s okay.. well it sliced through the boxes.. and the tethering was loose and I had to re secure it all right down the street before hopping on highway. The boxes clearly say “this end up” but they landed to literally load everything either upside or sideways.

Had our order cancelled because the transaction “looked suspicious”. We were told to come in with our credit card and would have to place the order in person. After coming in to the stores placing the order again in person, and wasting an hour of drive time and waiting on the sales person, they told us they actually can’t process this second order because ordering it a second time makes it look MORE suspicious. Are you actually serious that your employees called us in to the store and then told us we actually can’t have our order processed? I would like to formally invite literally ANYBODY working at AFW for get a clue about what’s going on. This is insane. Why is is so flipping hard to give a company $3000????? Unbelievable.
