This was my first time buying furniture for my new place, i came in nervous not knowing what to except or where even to begin, and i just want to thank Ms Holly, omg did she make the experience so easy and even exciting, she helped me with an application with so much patience, and during checkout she explained everything so well, went thru all the future steps with me and made sure i understood everything. And not to mention all the beautiful pieces they have in their showrooms, and best yet, everything is in stock!! AFW and Ms Holly the realest 🙌🏽💫💯

The where house is poor customer service and get mortime over one hour 15 min to loud my perches and the Miss the leg for the sofa

The sales people are great, no pressure and nice. The merchandise loaders don’t know how to do their job correctly. I usually like to do everything myself but I figure I got a lot of stuff and these guys do it all day every day.. should be good enough. No. I told them maybe some towels under the tie wraps they used and they said no it’s okay.. well it sliced through the boxes.. and the tethering was loose and I had to re secure it all right down the street before hopping on highway. The boxes clearly say “this end up” but they landed to literally load everything either upside or sideways.
