Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I recently spent around $10,000 on furniture at American Furniture Warehouse in Conroe, TX, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. During delivery, the crew placed a bed in the wrong room, which was an honest mistake. However, when I asked if they could simply move it to the correct room — especially since I was buying another bed at the same time — I was told they’d need to check with the delivery manager. The response I got was that I’d have to pay $75 just to have the bed moved to the right room. After spending that much money with them, that’s a pretty poor way to treat a customer. It’s not about the $75 — it’s about the principle and the lack of customer care or flexibility. I expected much better service from a company of this size. They’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll make sure to share my experience so others know what kind of service to expect.
