I bought a sectional from here a couple weeks ago. However, once I got it home, I realized the chaise was on the wrong side to fit into my space. So I reached out to customer service which easily created the authorized return. I went back in to the store yesterday and THANKFULLY had the help of Cris! She was nothing short of AWESOME! I had a very hard time with the space planning part of this to make sure what I chose this time would work in my space. She was very patient with me and made great suggestions to me while giving me ways to consider the layout before finally deciding on what to purchase. Then I checked out with Michelle, who was equally SUPER! Offered to waive fees associated with my return/purchase and delivery! LOVE this location! My experience was AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
