Five stars all the way! The two gentlemen who delivered our new sectional were absolutely top-notch. They treated our home and our furniture with the utmost respect, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. They were incredibly kind, professional, and honorable~the exact kind of hard workers that any business would benefit from having on their team. It is so important for customers to be able to rely on the people who represent a company, and these two truly made the business stand out. They brought a level of hospitality and genuine care that is rare to find these days. We made sure to tip them to show our appreciation, as they made the entire experience fantastic. Highly recommend! 🙏✨️

I live only 10 minutes from the store, yet no one was able to deliver my furniture. Itzel in Customer Service was not helpful and did not provide any alternatives or solutions. The delivery driver arrived before the delivery time that was communicated to me via text message, and no effort was made to accommodate the situation. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. As well as Kathy that could not do anything to give me any type of solution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

I was originally happy with my purchase. After delivery, the brand new frame that I just purchased creeks and makes a lot of noise. The soonest I can receive a tech is Saturday and if I don’t align with their schedule then I have to call back and schedule for next Tuesday. Not happy at all. Furniture is too expensive for this.
