Can I put ZERO STAR? I Bought a sleeper couch and a mattress to be delivered together 2 weeks later. They only delivered the mattress. Upon calling the warehouse they said that they missed to see that I have another order and that they don’t have the stock in their store, but has to get from a different warehouse. I asked when is the earliest time that they can deliver it they said that wednesday. Like what?? That item has been paid weeks ago and mind you, your delivery is not free. I specifically requested for the items to be delivered on a weekend because we have to work on weekdays and nobody can receive them. They just told me sorry multiple times! Sorry does mean nothing when you have inconvenienced your customer. The people who answered my calls just kept on saying, “well, we can’t do anything about it because we don’t have the stock here.” Like hello! don’t you do inventories? don’t you have lists of the items that have been scheduled for delivery? Never again will I buy from your store!😡😡

American Furniture was a wonderful surprise. From the beautiful showroom and set up of rooms, to a wonderful gentleman named Marion seeing to my every question and concern. I will look there for sure when I need anything else.
