We recently purchased a few items to complete our office and family room areas fro American Furniture Warehouse. Omar, in sales, was so kind and courteous, and pointed us in the directions we needed to search for the exact items we wanted, and he helped us in our selections. The Delivery team was on time as related to us by the app… to the minute!!! Our only concern is that we don’t know when the delivery team have the opportunity to breathe. They were fast, efficient, kind - and gone before we thought to inquire as to their names! The delivery men made sure all items were correct in good shape and to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend American furniture warehouse to any looking to make furniture purchases!

Good quality at a good price. People are very nice and delivered order promptly and on item came in ahead of schedule.

They have been outstanding throughout our process. Easy in easy out. Only thing I would ding on is stores are open on Sunday the customer service is not.

We love shopping at American furniture warehouse great selection very good prices delivery is always as promised. I would highly recommend them. We love our couch. It was almost $1000 cheaper than the place. We originally purchased it from.

There was only one problem. There was a small impact mark on the plate at the foot of the bed. However, your staff tried to correct that area with a small rutting pen. Although it does not generally bother the eyes, it can be clearly seen if you look carefully. The team generally worked quickly and cleanly. They delivered their work in a very short time. They came at their appointment time and completed the process. They took all the packaging with them when they left.
